Booking
A £75 returnable security deposit secures your booking.
The rent is due six weeks before departure. I then send you a set of keys and directions.
Please arrive after 15:00 and vacate by 10:00 or a time agreed with Brenda ( 0034 617 197 045 ).
Please return the keys to me at the end of the holiday and I will then return your £75 security deposit.
If you wish to pay in euros email me for account details.
The nasty stuff
1 1/2 hours of cleaning is included in the price. Any extra cleaning will charged for at £15/hr ( so far I have never charged anybody! ).
If you require to be met ( to collect keys etc. ) on arrival in Spain; there is an additional charge is £20.
If your holiday party is larger than that declared when booking there will be an extra charge.
Any damages will be deducted from the returnable security deposit.
Payment using a euro cheque drawn on a non Spanish bank will incur a 25 euro charge!
